The Toronto Southeast Presbytery Major Capital Fund is administered by TUCC on behalf of the former Toronto Southeast Presbytery. The fund supports ministry and community initiatives within Shining Waters Regional Council.

Applications for funding from the Toronto Southeast Presbytery Fund are made through Shining Waters Regional Council.
Shining Waters Regional Council manages the application and selection process and determines which applicants will receive funding each year. TUCC then makes the grants according to the Regional Council’s direction.
Toronto Southeast Presbytery Major Capital Fund
The Toronto Southeast Presbytery Major Capital Fund provides financial support for eligible groups, incorporated ministries and community of faith initiatives within Shining Waters Regional Council.
The fund reflects the legacy of the former Toronto Southeast Presbytery and its commitment to supporting the changing needs and initiatives found across the church. Grant funding is available for a range of ministry and mission initiatives that align with the priorities established by the former Toronto Southeast Presbytery as the donors.
Grant amounts vary and are generally greater than $10,000 annually.
Who can apply: Eligible groups, incorporated ministries and communities of faith within Shining Waters Regional Council.
How grants are awarded: Shining Waters Regional Council receives and reviews applications, selects the annual grant recipients, and provides TUCC with instructions regarding the grants to be issued.
TUCC does not select the recipients of these grants, nor does TUCC have any input into their selection.
Once Shining Waters Regional Council has completed its annual selection process, TUCC issues the approved grants according to the Regional Council’s direction.
